I called in advance to set an appointment for an eyebrow threading. She told me to come in but upon arrival she was rude and made me feel like I was being rushed out. My brows weren’t even so I had to have her adjust them. Once she was done she just wiped a bunch of aloe Vera on my brows haphazardly then got an attitude when I was trying to ask about how to tip on my card. Very strange experience, won’t be back

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI normally never right bad reviews because I believe in good karma but I’m so sad and want to be honest about my experience. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and they did more than that, my eyebrows are so thin. I know the hair will grow back but it took me awhile to grow them out to the point they were. To top it off they didn’t clean my eyebrows prior to threading and didn’t clean afterwards. My first time here and I will not be returning. Please excuse me while I go cry. I normally never right bad reviews because I believe in good karma but I’m so sad and want to be honest about my experience. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and they did more than that, my eyebrows are so thin. I know the hair will grow back but it took me awhile to grow them out to the point they were. She’s the absolute best the one and only person I trust doing my eye brows. She has two different methods to do your eye brows so you got options. I love her work so much I’m always recommending people to her place. My eye brows are hard to shape but somehow she gets them to match each other.

It was a really nice place and she was a really nice person but I didn’t like the way she left my eyebrows to be very honest. I asked for a cleanup and she left them too thin and far apart from each other. She also left them very uneven. I will not be coming back to this place anytime soon.
