Dr. Ghyam office today quickly fixed a mixed up blood draw done by Quest ( blood draw pre-op so I am on a time line , but because of Quest handling without care my blood orders some results were missing ). It is a stressful time preparing for surgery but today dr. Ghyam office once again went above and beyond to help me . Each one of the people working there is amazing . Doctors , physician assistants , medical assistants , front and back office employees . It’s a well coordinate , efficient team that act fast with precision. This show extreme care for the patients . I’m very grateful for each one of them . As a patient they actually “ see “ me , understand and listen to me, embrace my needs and do their best to solve whatever is happening for me (as well as for my adult special need son, I want to add ). Dr. Ghiyam and his staff are the best there is that I have encountered in my 72 years of life. They listen well and ask many questions and wait for you to ask questions. They are open to all forms of Medicine even if they do not totally believe in them. I have gone through a Stroke, Bell’s Palsey and other issues with them and their recommended specialists and find as a true Medicare patient I ma never put off or treated badly.
