I’m been a customer since April 2021, (7 months now). The electrolysis technician informed me that this hair removal is a long process; but his way will make it even longer. I was getting a plucking sensation during my session. I questioned why the hair was tugging when he tweezed it. He replied, “because it’s new hair”. I researched the electrolysis process on YouTube.. smh the hair follicle should slide out without resistance. I’ve been paying a total of over $600 for a man to pluck my unwanted facial hair..smh no way. I’m not returning. Very unhappy & angry customer.

I love coming here for my laser hair removal treatment. I definitely highly recommend! Simi is absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable. Also always makes me feel comfortable. Overall great experience. They have great deals on laser packages, the best around anywhere in this area that’s for sure! Not only are his services quick, they’re efficient. I went for electrolysis. I also get a lot of ingrown hairs and my hairs are SUPER stubborn. After 3 treatments only 25% of my hairs grew back. I don’t need to shave and I only need to come in every 2 to 3 weeks. Most places take about 5 to see the results that I’ve seen in 3. The prices are also EXTREMELY reasonable. Simi is the owner of the salon and she’s the most honest and sincere person ever! She has a lot of knowledge about her profession, and always get my eyebrows, facials done from her. She also has a rewards program after 10 visits I think the next one is free. She’s very sweet, salon is kept clean and fresh.

I’ve been coming to Simi for years and she does an amazing job. She’ll tell you exactly what to do to get the eyebrows you want. I’ve also gotten waxing, facials and make up done by Simi and have never been disappointed. Simi worked with me on my wedding day to make sure I get two Incredibles looks, one for the wedding and one for the reception. Couldn’t ask for a better make up artist and eyebrow lady.

Simi is rude, they have non welcoming attitude, the hair dresser has no idea how to cut the hair althoug i showed her photo and explained numerious time how i want my cut, instead of listening simi jump into conversation and start arguing in her punjabi accent. If you have Groupon coupon they would tell you stories that your hair is bit long for use that coupon so pay extra lol and then would skip the deep conditioning, plus if you paying from credit card they gonna charge you more because you are not paying in cash. Terrible experience.
