don’t EVER go to shannon. dont EVER get extentions from her. they will fall out in a matter of days and will pull so hard they create bald spots, then she will tell you that you’re a rude client and that you made her want to quit! also i don’t recommend booking her for your hair stylist as your wedding party! it took 1/2 and hour for my updo to start falling apart. my hair didn’t look even close to the picture i showed. she will charge you 55 dollars to put a simple curl in your hair and not to mention her customer service sucks! i’ve never seen a service provider give customers the cold shoulder like she did! especially when the costumer is paying for a bad hair job! xoxo!!

I got a full bleach treatment and was happy with the results considering I had come in with highlights. My hair was terribly damaged after, which made me a bit sad, and there were many strands of hair missed during the bleaching. After a few washes my hair became SUPER uneven (as pictured) and horribly damaged. I contacted the hairstylist for a solution but it was blamed on the shampoo I used (a normal purple shampoo from Walmart). I was hoping to get it fixed, but the stylist ignored my plee for help. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a bleaching treatment, otherwise friendly staff and hard workers.

Even though it was on their website! I understand not realizing that service is on there, but only giving me a days notice that they can’t preform that service!? Ridiculous! Taryn did my hair today. Not only is the color line used here vibrant and beautiful, Taryn was very engaged with what I wanted during the whole process. The atmosphere in the salon is both chic and relaxing. There was no pressure to keep up a conversation or stay silent with either of the stylist in today. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Stylist asked me what I do for a living and after I told her, she proceeded to talk at me the entire hour about how horrible my place of work is and how stupid we all are. I didn’t say anything because she had scissors to my hair. Needless to say incredibly disrespectful to her client and an incredibly awkward experience. Will never go back.
