If you want infections on both feet because they don’t properly sanitize their tools or forget to clean them once the next person comes, I suggest NOT coming here. Also the gel polish left my big toe blue and purple! Would highly recommend not coming here at all.

I followed the owner from a prior business. I was really impressed with the service he provided. I was very happy and had been going to Silver Nails for a long time. They began to take advantage of my good nature making me wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour when I always had an appt. Several times I made an appt with Bryan and was stuck with his wife. The last time I called on a Saturday I spoke with the Bryan. I made an appt with him for Sunday. When I showed up he wasn’t there. His wife said he went out of town and that she’d be with me soon. I walked out and never went back. I’m really disappointed and sad about it. It was by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. The customer service is terrible.

I should have gone to my regular place but needed it done asap. The cost was 35.00 dollars more, and tip has to be cash, so you use their ATM, and you get charged 2.50 to use it!!! I could have done my manicure better myself. Worst place ever. Never again.. My 8 yr old granddaughter could have done a better job . And rude!!!

Never going back there again. Walked in and everyone gave me a dirty look . Told me where to sit and the water was scalding hot and I told them that and they did nothing about it. When I asked to have gel the lady looked at me and asked if I could afford it. Not once did the manicurist ever say a word to me the whole time besides that and made me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and they only except tips in cash which is very rare.

This was the worst nail experience I’ve had. I’ve had acrylic nails done 3 times in my life. The first two times I’ve had them taken off at other salons, the nail techs soak them in acetone and then use the drill to drill them off, then file down. This place HURT my nails so bad I wanted to cry. They don’t soak the nails off like others, they take a fake nail tip and dig under the acrylic and rip it off. No soaking, no warning, just ripped. Caused all my nails to break so badly. It was so painful. Never again!

Critical: Quality, ValueThey did not listen when I said round nails and rushed trying to fix it and didn’t really fix it. They are still a weird square (rounded in towards the nail). The white nail polish turned pink and it wasn’t even done well so the coverage is lacking with spot the nail shows through. She was so rough with the cuticles she made my nail bed bleed. She kept trying to sell me on a gel manicure when I know I told her no multiple times. I knew I didn’t want gel and didn’t want to pay for gel. Without getting gel it was still super expensive. On top of that they wouldn’t let me pay tip with my card.
