Silver Mirror is “urgent care” for acne, as I like to tell my esthetician Priest, who I started seeing for regular facials since April 2022. Priest is thorough, systematic, and dedicated to his work. Part of me fears I will not be able to get an appointment with him after I post this. The other part says it would be wrong not to acknowledge him and Silver Mirror, a brilliant business idea that made facials affordable and easy to schedule (they offer evening appointments). Their staff is always helpful and attentive, and organized. Amanda was great and always friendly. Thank you Silver Mirror owners for all you do especially to keep staff turnovers down. It makes a difference in our post-COVID world to have some constant and normalcy from seeing familiar faces again.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I went to this facial bar hoping to cleanse and rejuvenate my skin. I ended up choosing the $165 package, including the $145 acne fighting facial and the lip treatment for $15. I saw the prices online, were extremely high but I was willing to do whatever it took to fix my skin. I wasn’t expecting mind-blowing results from one session obviously. However, this facial did not improve my skin even in the slightest. I have normal skin, with texture, clogged pores, and a few blackheads. However my facialist, refused to unclog any pores and recommended that I go to my primary doctor to fix my skincare concerns. Afterwords I was disappointed, with the service, still went to pay. And then I was bombarded by the lady at the front desk to pay the mandatory tip. A $35 DOLLAR TIP. My total was $200. PLEASE REFUND ME MONEY ASAP.

I had the 30-minute signature facial. It was pretty good and we even discussed a minor skin irritation I have. My only issue was that I asked for the extra extraction add on when I was booking my appointment online and we didn’t do it. I wasn’t charged for it though. Definitely going back!
