I highly recommend McKelle for haircuts and colors. My hair is thick and takes forever to color and I’ve always been nervous to get it lightened until I started going to McKelle, I trust her to do it right. She never disappoints. She’s also fantastic at cutting my all my boys’ hair, she’s so patient with my 7 year old who is terrified of clippers and just uses the shears instead. She’s professional, creative, kind and she knows what she’s doing.

I got a spray tan here and it was a great experience! The girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, and I really preferred having the machine do it as opposed to a person….I know some people don’t mind, but if I can help it, I prefer not to be naked in front of people… It was a little hard to hear the directions because the machine is so loud, but the front desk girl explained it all to me first so that helped a lot. I was worried the tan would turn out uneven, but I’m really happy with it! I’ll definitely be returning there in the future.

Billing nightmare. I was “canceled” after moving out of town. Never had that close out fee charged to my card after numerous phone calls and now they popped back up on my bank statement!! I’ve talked to a Sarah, Kinley, Daphne, you name it and it’s a different story every time. Sad because I liked most of the services up to this, but the front desk needs to get on the same page.
