I had a facial and pedicure yesterday and both were amazing. The facial was so relaxing and beautiful – my skin actually glowed afterwards. My pedicure was fantastic – also very relaxing and my feet never looked so good. The owner, Nancy, is truly a special person – as are the rest of the staff. They are all so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. This is truly a great place – couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Had a business next to Silver leaf doing Botox and other facial treatments-Nancy was seeing us as a threat being a competitor next to her- talking bad words to her clients about me and my partner. She is a very rude person never hesitating to take revenge and talking to her clients or town of Auburn about other business so she can get you out of her way. Very unprofessional her behavior – perhaps she is nice only to her clients cos they keep her in business apparently!!! Heard she had done same things to other people as well. Hope karma goes back to her!

I love this spa! I get many different treatments done here. Hair, nails, facials, and waxing. Whenever I call for an appointment they try to accommodate me in any way they can. While there, i am relaxed and am made to feel quite special. It is so nice to go to a spa and not feel like a number or as though I am on a manicure production line. My treatments have always been tailored to me and my personal needs and as a mom, this is awesome! I never feel as though I have time for me except when I walk in there! Silver Leaf Spa is my little slice of personal heaven and I love going there!

Nancy treats you more like a friend than a customer. I truly look forward to my appointment for a little R&R. You are offered a refreshing water when you arrive and are made comfortable while you wait. The appointment itself is never rushed, and even sometimes exceeds the hour because Nancy is meticulous and truly cares. I also buy all of my skincare products at the spa as they carry the best of the best. Made an appointment about two months in advance for a gel manicure. A couple days before I called to confirm my appointment and they said I was all set. The night before I got a call from Nancy who told me my appointment had to be moved because they booked another appointment too close to mine. I let her know I had booked two months in advance and confirmed two days before and was told I was all set. She was extremely rude and said “well you’ll be waiting awhile” and proceeded to hang up on me. Mind blown that this is how they treat customers.
