I had an appointment back in October 2021. They failed to mention I would need to sign a release for my records from my previous dermatologist. So I took time off work to show up for an appointment where nothing happened. I signed a release for the records that day and was told I would receive a call back to determine next steps after they received the records. I called and left a message several weeks later following up. To date, I have received no call back and no follow up. Not only is this incredibly frustrating, it’s also very unprofessional.

I’m not satisfied with their service at all. My doctor recommended them because they said that they can take my insurance. When I came to my appointment they said insurance will not pay for that, because it is cosmetic problem, after I clearly said that my mole is actually painful, which means it’s not just cosmetic issue. So I had to pay out of my pocket. When I came home and checked my account I saw that they charged my card twice as much as they said. And after my mole was healed it doesn’t even look better then before it was “removed”. Stay away from them!

All of the staff are v nice. I went to get a mole looked at & had the option to have it removed and tested and they did it all right there. I also got the process of an acne medication I had been wanting started. It was overall a very productive appointment and the the provider Sara is very warm and friendly.

Despite all the bad reviews I had a good experience at Silver Falls. I did have to hold before speaking to the scheduling aid but she was friendly and was able to get me in the very next day. There was a bit of waiting while in the waiting room and in the exam room but I didn’t mind that since it seems to be common when getting medical services. Dr.Stacy Warren and her assistant were very polite and understanding to me and prescribed me medication and over the counter products to fit my needs. The doctor was precise and direct, she explained everything I needed to know quickly and efficiently. Explaining the issue in a way I could understand easily as well as how to resolve the problem. I am very grateful for their help and am looking forward to getting results from my medication. Thank you!

When I called for appointment, they were booked out till 6 weeks later. So were all the dermatologists I called. But the scheduler at Silver Falls was very nice and suggested to put me on a back up list in case of cancellation. I did not have too much hope, but they actually called, so I was able to get in one month earlier. Highly efficient and very caring crew. Sara and Lita took care of my problem right there. I really appreciate their professional practice and genuine care for patients. Very impressed.

We called to have a potential burn on a foster child looked at. After scheduling the appointment, we received a call back by the scheduler stating that Stacey Warren “does not want to get involved.” I can’t understand how a doctor would not want to treat and protect our most vulnerable children. This is an adult who went to school to help others consciously making a choice to not help those that need it the most.

I used to like this place before when Dr. Chelsea was there. Now, with the new stuff, probably new management too, what is going on is nothing but a scam. The normal charge for the treatment is $75 but because I use insurance, now they asking me to pay $308 dollars for the same treatment. Why didn’t they told me first ? Who in the right mind want to pay $308 instead of $75 ? I hate to write bad reviews but the Billing department are not understanding at all and they would say they will call but they never did. I am super frustrated with the entire thing.

The level of professionalism and courtesy extended by Silver Falls Dermatology staff and professionals far exceeded any expectations. I simply cannot say enough great things about the services provided and highly recommend the Federal Way, Washington office. As a dermatology client for the better part of 30 years, I have encountered my fair share of dermatology practices. I have not been to one that has shown as much client concern for the well-being of their patients as Silver Falls Dermatology. In particular, PAC Sara Wagner exudes warmth, care, and goes the extra mile for her patients. In over 30+ years, no dermatologist has provided me with as much information as PAC Wagner did in my initial meeting with her. She is knowledgeable and dedicated to her profession and I trust her medical advice explicitly. She even went above and beyond by personally following up in a timely and professional manner. Her calm and reassuring demeanor alleviated any concerns. She deserves the highest of compliments. Equally, a shout out of praise to the assisting staff, particularly Tila.

I drove from Seattle to the Federal Way office just to see Dr. Stacey Warren, who was my dermatologist a few years ago in Seattle. Dr. Warren is very straightforward and doesn’t try to sell me any products that aren’t necessary. I prefer a simple skincare routine. They let me lead the conversation about my skincare. I sought out Dr. Warren to treat a keloid because I remembered when I saw them back in Seattle they treated another keloid with very few appointments. At the time, my dermatologist in Seattle was taking multiple appointments to treat a keloid with not much results to show for it and it was getting expensive.
