I only gave it a because that is the only way to open app.My experience at this place was horrific. Jason Ling should be fired. After 2 injections of Lidocaine I still was not numb and he kept cutting.. He has no compassion ie bedside manner.When I talked to my Dr. about my experience he said he never refers to silverfalls dermatology unless someone specifically requests it. That says a lot.

Find somewhere better for your dermatology needs. Unfortunately, this group is highly unprofessional and has terrible customer service and regard for proper healthcare. I went to the Woodburn location a year ago—they charged me almost 300 dollars for a consult to write a prescription for a topical cream (Clotrimazol) that they refused to authorize a refill on a year later without another expensive consult which I cannot afford. The doctor even told me at the time it was a basic cream with many uses, and prescribed it for a minor skin irritation I had. Why do I need to spend the money for another consult for a refill on a basic, generic cream? It’s all about money. The receptionist also had to run my card multiple times as apparently she was not skilled enough to complete a transaction. All very sketchy and unprofessional in my book.

Dr. Ling was great! He took out a cyst from my back that was the shape of a football. After all 4-5 viles of lidocaine, I was feeling very sick to my stomach for a few days. I am also on 5mg Warfarin & that much lidocaine is a serious health risk. I bruise very easily & clot easily. I have almost wanted to throw up the other day while eating my cereal. I also deal with Fibromyalgia which I have had since 1995 when I was 24. I still feel sick to my stomach 6 days later.

Dermotolgy. This by far is the most in my life the most incompetent people doc nurses ive ever incountered. Please do not register with this place almost two months and still to this post can not get my Xrays to give me my meds for my psoriosis injections. As soon as I get it I am dumping this place.
