Dion cut my hair about 10 days ago (men’s regular cut, medium length), I kept noticing that it is far too long on one side and looks pretty awful even after trying to correct it myself with combing/product etc. I called to see if he could fix the problem and was told that I would be charged for a new haircut. This was my third trip to Silver Clippers and I intended on being a regular customer for years until now. Curious policy – I won’t be back. Too bad – nice place, friendly staff but lousy customer service on this particular occassion.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBefore I was allowed in the shop my temperature was taken and i was asked covid19 safety questions. All barbers wore masks and i was asked to wear one also. Tom gave me an excellent haircut and the price was very reasonable. I certainly will return whenever i need a haircut.

The place is pretty busy and for good reason. If you are willing and able to wait, the barbers are excellent and don’t require extensive instructions to get you looking your best. They also do straight Razor shaves which is awesome.
