Worst haircut of my life. I asked for stripes and Oscar put a rainbow on my head. Took 45 minutes, smacked me in the face with the clippers as he trimmed the top, and charged $25 even though the price advertised is $20, probably because he was aware the haircut he just gave was not deserving of a tip. took me in as a walk-in, asked for a simple cut and it took 45 minutes not really complaining about the time but the price is advertised as $20 but I was charged $30 and I tipped out of generosity but the haircut was not even good definitely not worth that price.

Had a 5 o’clock appointment. I sat there for an hour and a half. Then he took someone that just walked in before me. I walked out. he took 45 minutes per person. Men’s hair cuts shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes. Then he kept stopping to watch tv. The Mexican barber should be fired.

Been trying to get a cut for the last 4 days in a row. Appointment kept getting pushed back and back. Finally Saturday came! My appointment which I had no choice, I needed it cut before leaving town for a month on Monday. Showed up 10 minutes early…. Instead of hanging out with my loved ones on the weekend before I’m leaving town. I’ve been stuck in this shop for a total for almost 4 hours before I leave with a haircut!!!!!

Hairstylist make up their own prices. I have gotten the same Haircut multiple times at Silvano’s Brockport yet they have charged me a different price every time. On the wall it clearly states the price of a haircut. However, I’ve been charged up to 35$ without a tip for a skin fade with a few off the top. I have been refusing to tip. First time I got a haircut there they charged me 25$ so I left a tip with a total of 30$ at the end. However, as I continued to go to silvano’s getting the same exact haircut the price magically went up to 35$ without a tip for the exact same haircut in which the price on the wall remains 20$. I will continue to go there. However, its not right to overcharge and pocket peoples money… unbelievable
