Dennis listens to my needs and customizes the massage based on what I tell him. He communicates well and is very knowledgeable. Dennis remembers our conversations and takes a genuine interest in my overall well being. I am so comfortable in his relaxing and safe environment that I often fall asleep on the table. I have been going to Dennis for 4 (or more) years and he’s the best massage therapist I have ever had. Dennis listens to my needs and customizes the massage based on what I tell him. He communicates well and is very knowledgeable. Dennis remembers our conversations and takes a genuine interest in my overall well being. He knows what he’s doing and is truly great with his hands. He utilizes many different techniques and it’s clear that he’s had extensive training. Highly recommend!!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI bought a groupon and first off, Dennis requires you to “tip” him the amount of what the full cost of the massage would be plus and additional tip on top of that. I called him and left a voicemail, since every other time I’ve called it has only gone to voicemail. He calls back telling me to text him. When I text him he replies “who is this?” I explained that he left me a voicemail and told me to text him. I tried making an appointment, he states he doesn’t take groupons on weekends because people don’t show up. I asked if Thursday was available. I haven’t gotten a response since. He could have potentially had me and my family as a long term client, however, I have now traded in my groupon for another location. We are a large family, who get massages on a regular basis. I won’t recommend this business to anyone I know. I liked that he uses different techniques to bring about relief. I would recommend Dennis to anyone.
