My nails lifted within 3 days. Started to pop off within a week. I do not work with my hands a lot and have kept a single set on for 6+ months with fills so I know its not me. Crystal was nice enough but for $120 for acrylics and a pedicure, I should not have to get another full set 3 weeks later. I have 3 nails left on at this point. On top of that, she honestly did not do a great job on my design. I have had ombre acrylic many times and she didn’t even lay the acrylic correctly for an ombre… I hate to leave such a negative review but I really do believe that these shops need to put out better quality for the price they ask, and not just post photos on google of the best sets the one good artist in the place does.

Booked an appointment online with my credit card information 3-5 hours prior for lash extensions fill ins. But the shop canceled the appointment 1 hour before service stating conflicting appointment time. Since my sister scheduled her nail appointment at the same time I had to wait with her to get her service done. So questioned the owner asking why was my lashes appointment canceled when the place was empty? She claimed we don’t do fill ins for new clients. So I asked how do I get lash fill ins if I’m from out of town? So I called another shop and booked an appointment to have my lashes done but had to cancel because the nail tech took over an hour on purpose doing my sister gel nails. It doesn’t take that long. Don’t waste time with these ppl because they are full of it
