It was clean and had a great atmosphere. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My particular stylist, Maddie, did an excellent job of dyeing my hair blue and purple and a quick trim. Made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend and is worth the cost. After doing my own haircuts and coloring for the past 6 years I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future hair needs.

My daughter and I have been coming to Silo for sometime now and to say we love Silo is a understatement. Every experience at Silo has been nothing short of amazing!! We are so happy with Alexa and her team. Each salon experience should end like ours do with a great hair experience and the feeling like you just hit the beauty lottery!! They are willing to work with any schedule even ones as busy as mine between busy kids and a work schedule that doesn’t allow me to leave early or take time to come in and get my hair done. We love our time in the salon chair and I love being able to sit down and say do your thing. You are truly able to build a trust and know you are very well cared for.

I mean it’s a nice place if you want to find little brown/orange spots in your hair when you get home! but if you’re not into that kinda surprises this place might not be suitable. The whole experience wasnt all bad, the coffee was good. And the lady was a really nice host, good chat, smily face. She was able to get the color we were aiming for, except for the spots i uploaded. But I had asked for an ombre, and don’t know what I got. Unfortunately i had to leave with a sad old looking cut, poor color transitions and not an ombre.

I’ve been going here off and on for years, but I usually haven’t had the same stylist, so I stopped going for a time. When I decided to clean up my overgrown hair, and give it some style, I made an appointment with Malarie, and I’ve been back multiple times since. I especially appreciated her skills when she helped me cut bangs(again) She’s got a warm personal nature, and it’s always a delight to see her. Aveda makes sure their customers are taken care of, and that’s apparent in every step of their care, especially in the scalp massage.
