Don’t listen to what the customer wants… I asked for medium/short acrylic nails in either coffin or almond. The lady was persistent about doing square dip, and cut the nail before getting confirmation on length. I personally don’t like confrontation and wasn’t going to argue with a lady drilling my nails. So, I came home and filed the nails into coffin from square.

Every time I come in I get timely service, help with color selection when I need help finding the perfect color and have always left feeling super pampered. I have always had my requests met and my natural nails and cuticles are taken very well care of when removing and applying the gel. I’ll always come here.

I’ve gone to this salon over the years many times mostly because it is close by. Each time I leave this salon I’m so stressed out and say, I will not return. I get busy and end up back there again and again. Today is the absolute LAST time I will ever come in this salon. The nail techs are aggressive and yank at my hands when I attempted to look at the shape of my nails and to make sure they are all even which they never are. When I ask the nail Tech to make any particular nail straight they insist it’s not crooked. They cannot file the nails to look alike! For my manicure today the nail tech put my nails in ice cold water instead of warm water w/soap to soften the cuticle and after 5 seconds began cutting my cuticles without letting them soften at all. She never pushed back my cuticles before polishing. The nail tech kept aggressively grabbing at my fingers and hands to force me to let her file them & polish them without me being able to look at them first to make sure they were the length and shape and if they were all straight. There are several nail techs in there that do this not just one. I was rushed to chose a color. Last time I chose a pink color that went on an orange color and they insisted it was just the lighting and I had to go around and around with them.! Today the nail tech nipped my skin with the electrical file which of course hurt and just kept on going even when I jerked my foot back in pain. After my nails were painted I noticed several of my nails were rough of the tips. I asked her to use the buffer to smooth them out. Instead she got lotion and got it all in my beautiful rings and it was a lot of lotion in my rings not just a little. She then took the lotion and rubbed it on the tips of my nails to smooth them which of course doesn’t work once the lotion goes away. I tried to inform the owner (Christina) who was sitting right behind me but, she doesn’t care. I was once again so stressed out & disappointed leaving this salon that I started to tear up due stress while sitting for over two hours enduring this and will never ever go back to this salon. I texted the owner when I left and she never answered me. This salon has really gone down hill which is probably why so many nail techs leave: Also, the prices are getting high. A basic pedicure in this salon is now $40! Most other places are $25. Regardless of prices the nail techs are not good. Go somewhere else!
