Patti has created an extremely friendly, open, and safe environment to take care of something that is very often treated as embarrassing. I have been going to her for almost two years to have hair removed from my face and neck, and it has been amazing: she explained the process thoroughly, made sure I was aware it was a commitment that would lead to permanent hair removal, and has been supportive and kind through every session. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin with Patti’s help. I plan to have removal done on my arms as well, as it is the only method for permanent hair removal that won’t damage my tattoos.

Before seeing Patti, I started at another electrolysis place in Monroe County, but knew intuitively that it wasn’t a place that worked with me and made sure that what I wanted from electrolysis was going to happen. I’ve been seeing Patti for almost a year for underarm treatments after a scare where deeply ingrown hairs felt like hard, painful lumps and sent me for a mammogram. Patti is amazing. She is very professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly. Her work space is very clean and calming. She keeps a tight schedule so you never have to wait when you arrive for your appointment. I have to find an electrologist while I’m in Florida and it’s going to be a hard act to follow. Patti has set the bar very high! I would recommend her for all of your hair removal needs.
