Critical: ProfessionalismAll seemed fine until I realized they used gel polish and it wasn’t a gel manicure or pedicure. The polish fell of an entire nail the next day so I went in to have it fixed and they told me to wait about 30 minutes. Told them I’d come back the next day and by then, 4 nails were bare. Went back and was told they were closed (at 3 PM) and told to come back the next day, although there were customers there. She closed the door on me and was quite rude. My mom has been going here for a couple of years and I started shortly after. I usually get a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing done and I’m never disappointed. They take their time and do an awesome job every time! Would definitely recommend!

What attracted me to this salon was the location and price. The prices are very cheap. The lady doing my nails, did not paint the full nail. I had to tell her several times to paint the edges. Clearly she didn’t listen, because he next day, my nails looked like trash. I should have went somewhere else, paid the extra money and i would have had a better experience. Also, the ladies are very rude. The shop was closing but, my friend wanted to see if she can come in and get her nails done. Of course, I asked the owner if that was okay, and she said yes. As my friend waited, she was standing next to me to talk. They yelled at her to sit down several times, but they were not even ready for her. Plus we were the only ones in the salon. I will never go there again. I rather pay more, than to return to this shop. Price is not everything.
