Amazing service. I called ahead and they had space for an immediate walk in. Amy did my pedicure and did a phenomenal job while John did my dip manicure and was a very fun conversationalist. I’ve been going to nail salons regularly for 8 years and this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I felt comfortable and cared for while the prices (especially with inflation) are very reasonable for quality work. It’s been a week since my service and my nails still look as good as when I left. Highly recommend!!

I was in Irving for a couple of weeks for work, and needed to get a new set of acrylics. I chose Silky Nails because it was close to my Airbnb, and I’m so happy I did!! The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, and while I sat, I heard them call many customers by name, which is always a good sign. I wanted to do a somewhat complicated design on my nails, but as it approached closing time, I decided on something simpler, not wanting to keep them past working hours. The young lady who painted the design made it clear that she was happy to paint whatever I wanted, but we went with the simple one, and I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this hidden gem of a nail salon.

This place is beautiful! And the staff is AMAZING! We got our nails done by Bi & she really took her time on our nails to make sure they were perfect! She’s so talented and sweet. I love my nails and I love this place! Definitely a 10/10!!! **UPDATE**I work in food and nails usually don’t last more than a week on me since I’m so rough on my hands but these nails are still all perfect! No lifting or chipping at all! Gotta say I’m impressed!!

Broke my nail and got an infection. Fast forward I went back to the salon to get a new fill and potentially get a fix for my broken nail, but an old Asian lady put the new fill over my potentially injured nail and almost a week later my nail started hurting. Went there for a soak off and found my nail bed filled with pus. Never going back there again

I didn’t look close enough while at the salon but after further inspection, the acrylic was put on so thin that i can still see the tip, one of my nails has the wrong sized tip so it’s digging into my skin, and the shaping and length is all a little wonky :(Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails
