Never again will I go here to get my nails done!!! While getting my nails done the man cut me twice and underneath my mail with the drill bit stabbed me. It hurt so bad! I wanted ombré it looks horrible! He put the acrylic Ask the way to my cuticle. It’s only been a week and two nails popped off. Gave 1 star because the lady who did my pedicure was amazing!! If I didn’t get a pedicure I would of have zero stars ⭐️

I made an appointment over the phone. Was barely greeted when I walked in by the owner asking if I had an appointment. After I responded with a yes I sat there and waited for over an hour and a half because the only person that was free to work on me didn’t know how to do Dip Powder. As the second person (Anna-The Owner) became available she came up to me and said she couldn’t work on me because her other appointment was there. I understood and asked “Okay, do you know how much longer?” She rudely answered “I don’t know” gave me her back and walked away. I simply got up and walked out. The unprofessionalism and HORRIBLE customer service leaves me with zero desire to set a foot back at this place. I understand sometimes nail salons get behind for whatever reason. The rudeness specially from the owner was unacceptable. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to this place.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience here was terrible. The massage chair didn’t work, which is fine – I get that things don’t always work. The nail tech nicked my toes six times while removing the polish and didn’t apologize. I had to ask for the foot bath to be filled. And it was filled with super hot water – no jets, no bath salts, etc. I get that this sounds very “first-world problems” of me, but it’s super disappointing to pay for a service that was the complete opposite of the relaxing experience I had hoped it to be.

I will make this my preferred pedi place. It was my best experience ever for a pedicure. A very professional job and she did it with care. Best place for my pedicure in a very stylish studio with all the comforts to make me feel special.

Love how the man shapes my nails, they start lifting after a week, and he can’t do designs, his wife is pretty nasty with me all the time. ” you want design, you have to wait cause we busy” as far as I’m concerned it’s not my fault he can’t design nails at all.

The last few times I’ve gone, my nails chipped within a few days. They do a good job with shaping, just not enough coats of gel. I also have very thin nails, so that doesn’t help.

They seem more receptive to Caucasian people, and from my experience they are not overly friendly toward African Americans which is unfortunate. It’s too many nail shops in Lafayette to be treated unfairly, so after a year with then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Last time I looked all money is green.

I got my nails done last Friday and 2 nails started to lifted up at the bottom on Monday. Got it fixed Tuesday now 4 different nails are doing the same thing on Thursday. Nails didn’t even last a week. Never going back again. Gel manicures
