I was apprehensive about going to this salon after the negative and unprofessional experience I had with scheduling with the male scheduler. Unfortunately, my negative experience continued as I entered the building once again encountering the male front desk representative. As I entered, he continued to watch his show and dis nor acknowledge me as i stood at the counter. He rudely snap and befin with asking about my appointment. He was non-attentive, nonchalant and rude. I almost left the building but was afraid that I would still be charged.

I’ve visited Silken twice before this time and each time I get the 4hr $160.00 pkg. My first two visits were FABULOUS. The massage was over the top relaxing, mani and pedi were beyond beautiful and my facial was so rejuvenating and refreshing.

The actual massage was great. I am appreciative because it was a gift. But the table I was being massaged on was squeaking the entire time. Also they were moving chairs around and sliding them on the floors the entire massage. It was loud and they were doing my partners facial while I was having a massage and telling him all about the facial. I wanted to relax. But all that aside, the actual massage therapist was awesome.

I was a first time client yesterday. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in for a 60 min hot stone massage in the afternoon. Miss Victoria was wonderful! She was curteous, professional and a great masseuse. I am really excited that my husband got me a package of three.

The spa accommodated us fairly well and we all got the services we requested at a good price. We all left satisfied with our experience as a group.

Sat for 15 minutes with methylated cream on my legs and paraffin on my feet, FREEZING, while they serviced two other clients… you would think that if a customer makes an appointment, and pays the prices they require, that they would be treated better….

We have been clients for 15+ years. Staff are extremely efficient, caring, humble and respectful. Appointment scheduling is easy and accommodating. Facility is spotless and offers an area for celebratory occasions. Massage therapy available for customers as well. Love this place…highly recommend.
