Literally the best in Maine – I’ve gone through all of the bigger studios in greater Portland Maine for both brows and facials and honestly Bianca blew the competition out of the water. Not only is the studio gorgeous, she is a dream to spend time with and made the entire experience so relaxing. I went with a brow shape/tint/facial and my skin is noticeably cleaner and glowing several days post appointment. She is meticulous with detail, getting you where you want to be – and is extremely kind and motivated. I cannot wait to go back!!

Bianca quickly became my go-to girl for my brow/lip waxing and, as of today, facials! She is so friendly and personable and she knows her stuff! I love how she personalizes everything for you, even skin care recommendations. I finally decided to treat myself to a facial with her and I absolutely regret nothing. It was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My skin was straight up glowing afterwards. I used to go to a dermatologist office and felt that experience was just so white-walled and unfriendly. Coming to SILK is the exact opposite – friendly, comfortable (to the point I may have fallen asleep during the massage towards the end), and gentle (much less painful extractions!). And everything she uses smells ahhhmazing. Already looking forward to my next appointment with her!

Bianca is a QUEEN. Point blank period. Going in for waxing/sugaring can be such an anxiety-provoking experience, but I could not have felt more calm at SILK. It truly felt like my best friend was doing my wax.
