Critical: ProfessionalismThis was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had! The owner is extremely rude, and unprofessional on every level. I called in for a gel polish change and a broken nail..and was told to “come in now”. I waited 30 minutes as I watched the owner take two other people before me (who called in AFTER me, from the parking lot. I am the one who recommended they call btw) Someone else then walks in with an appointment for 3pm at 2:40. The owner still decides to ignore me sitting there waiting. At 3pm she walks up to me to let me know her appointment was there. She then had the audacity to ask me to “come back.” After I read her, she states “I’m not gonna do your nail” this woman is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend her services to my dog!
