Terrible place. The manager feels only certain services are worth her time. If you aren’t going to spend a certain amount of money she turns you away. Very rude and unprofessional. Considering how many nail salons there are out there this is not one I would recommend. Manicure

I hadn’t been in years…the nail polish smell was too much but I really needed a pedicure. While they included a scent (I selected orange) with the pedicure for free.. The actual pedicure was below average… barely a massage. I won’t go back. It’s too bad because they are so convenient.

My first and last time ever! I had menicure, which was cheap. But the nail polish they use is cheap, too. One hour after I had the polish, my nails are ruined. I was told it would last 10 days, well it did not last one hour. The polish they use do not dry! I will go home and remove the polish. I wasted my time and money. One good thing is the massage! It was worth!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this one was bad enough to warrant one. The lady decided (without asking) that I needed help getting into the pedicure chair (I did not). She “helped” by death-gripping my arm, and continued to hold on until I had to ask her to let go. The pedicure was subpar and she kept scraping my arches. She put a base coat on my nails, and then poured some in her hand and spread it on my heels. What?? Also, no one there wears gloves. Never coming back. Spend your money elsewhere. Horrible experience.

Just moved back into town and seeking a good place for a pedicure. Heres how it went(all 20 minutes of it). Cut my nails and pushed my cuticles back, literally dipped my foot in water and drained it. There was nothing added, just water. Gave me a 5 minute leg massage. I kid you not she rubbed the hot stone up and down each leg once, towel dried my legs and feet and handed me my shoes. I voiced a complaint and they pretended not to understand english, just gave me a strange look. I basically paid $32 to get my nails cut. No beverage offered and nothing that was on the sign describing the pedicure was done. This is the location on Farmington ave. DONT GO HERE……….I am so angry because I only get my feet done every 5-6 weeks and I usually look forward to it.

They are not willing to satisfy the customer when something is wrong. On Friday, I paid 69 dollars for a pedi (great) gel mani and my gel mani was coming off on Sat. I called to get a redo because by Monday 3 of my gel nail paint were coming off. I went in and the owner refused to redo the already badly done mani..(no back rub, no cuticle push down and very badly plucked dead skin) The assumption for the NO FULL redo was because it would cost them too much money to redo, yet it cost me gas,time and 69 dollars for bad service. They are very selective with what nail techs are being used for what customers. It’s expensive and the service was horrible.
