Linda and Ana did a great job. They made sure I was comfortable for the duration of my time there. Gel mani-pedi turned out great! Loved the relaxing music and atmosphere and I loved listening to the music school next door. Best hot-cross buns rendition I’ve heard in years. Linda gave me a much needed shoulder massage as the finally. I don’t get my nails done much but when I do I’ll go back to Silk!

Ive tried almost 10 different nail salons in Brentwood since moving to the area from AZ and have yet to find a salon where my gels dont chip after 1 week. I told Vi my issues with chipping nails and she told me not to worry and we’ll find the right application for me. Cross your fingers this gel will last because it looks fantastic! Her shop is very clean and has LOTS of polish colors to choose from.

Perfect with customer service compared to other nail places. I like this place bc it is kind of hidden and the spa music is very relaxing. There’s no frenzy feeling like some on the other nail places when it gets too busy. Plus there is no TV which I prefer bc the nail technician is truly examining and focusing on each nail instead of watching TV. This has happened to me at other nail places with has resulted in polish not applying correctly and I only notice after I’ve left. The people are super nice and social with you instead of with each other. This place deserves five stars. Obviously, I will be returning.

I am new to the area and do not have an established nail salon. Tuesday evening I decided I needed a mani pedi before an event over the weekend. I researched salons (for entirely too long) on several platforms. I decided on Silk Nail because they have an online booking option and the solid number of reviews and stars on Yelp. I requested an appointment for 6 pm and received a confirmation Wednesday morning. Unfortunately I was 5 minutes late due to traffic (Google said with traffic 10 minutes, gave myself 18 min to a lot for additional time… lesson learned about allotting even more). I’m uncertain if they would have started at 6 if I was on time but we didn’t start until around 6:45 pm. The owner was very hospitable and offered a beverage (coffee, green tea, water, soda) in a Styrofoam cup (not eco friendly but a sweet gesture). She invited me to sit in the chair to wait, filled the tub and turned the Jets on. The water was cold, she added peeled lemons to the water (I understand the ambiance but it felt like little fish swimming around my feet because of the water jetting around). When the cap to the motor popped off she quickly came to fix it and I asked for the lemons to be removed. She was very kind and accomodating. I wish she would have turned on the massage feature while I was waiting. The control is behind the chair. I was curious if they were massage chairs or not because the control was not in sight. The lady who provided my mani pedi was very detail oriented and did a fantastic job. PLEASE NOTE: the differentiator was the massage!! This is one of the reasons I gave a 35% tip. She took the time, applied the perfect pressure and worked areas I didn’t know need focused. I noticed when one of my toes wasn’t perfect, although she was one the 2nd coat she started over on that nail. She did it quickly and if you weren’t paying attention you wouldn’t have noticed. I appreciated that she didn’t have me move to the nail chair after my pedi. She let me stay in the massage chair which was fantastic. For the price, I would recommend based upon my first experience.

First time visit. Very nice and accommodating staff. For shellac mani and pedi, it came out to $80 w/o a tip. Unfortunately, my mani shellac started lifting off my nails after 5 days. Similar situation with my pedi, they are already chipping?? Usually, my hands would last 2+ weeks and feet 4-5 weeks.
