Critical: ProfessionalismMy dad started taking me there since I was the age of 15…almost 30 years ago. Now I’ve been taking my boys there for their haircuts. The women that work there are nothing but nice and professional. Sam was very rude and disrespectful to my 13 year old son just because he wants to grow his hair out. He made comments like he looks like cute little girl and that he has mommy’s haircut. I don’t think that a business has a right to make anyone feel small for the way they want do their hair. Also don’t go there during lunch hours because the whole salon goes on break at the same time leaving nobody cutting hair. When we walked in it smelled like a Chinese restaurant…not a salon. Sam walked out of the back and said that they’re eating lunch and would be with us in five minutes. It was more like 20 minutes because they had to eat and then they did their dishes. My dad started taking me there since I was the age of 15…almost 30 years ago. Now I’ve been taking my boys there for their haircuts. The women that work there are nothing but nice and professional. Critical: QualityWent for a hair cut and beard trim. Everything was going good for the hair cut but he messed up my beard pretty bad, even before starting anything I showed him a picture and told him how I needed it but nope. The hair cut was ok.When I was telling him about how I didn’t like how my beard came out he just told me that it’s because I needed to comb it everyday. I had a pretty long beard before coming in and i pretty much just wanted a trim but now most of my beard is gone and on top of that it came out crooked in some areas because he was watching the game while doing my beard. He also left me with patches of hair still on my cheeks, I even had to come home and try to fix it myself.I feel like I wasted my money. Please hire a professional barber. Critical: ProfessionalismIt says on the door walk ins welcome. My 4 year old and I walked in and a woman said we will be right with you. They ate lunch, washed their dishes and we waited 15 minutes. There was no urgency or customer service. Maybe they have a ton of clients. They must not need more? Not going there again

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad one of the most horrible experience with this place . The old guy who acts as the owners perhaps he maybe is the owner. Cut my ear and when I asked him to slow down he started using F words . Very rude and disrespectful person . I was about to call the cops but then I had a lot of other stuff to do and did not bother calling cops on him . He was harassing me using all kinds of Chinese and English F words . Had one of the most horrible experience with this place . The old guy who acts as the owners perhaps he maybe is the owner. Cut my ear and when I asked him to slow down he started using F words . Very rude and disrespectful person . I was about to call the cops but then I had a lot of other stuff to do and did not bother calling cops on him .
