First allow me to say that the staff and Doctor’s are extremely professional and have impeccable customer service skills. You are welcomed politely and treated with warmth and care. The spa is very welcoming and elegant, and they offer warm and cold beverages while you wait. The people providing treatments are are REAL Doctor’s, Nurses, and Medical Assistants so you know you are in good hands. It has become a very popular and reputable location so if you want an appointment just know that you have to schedule one in advance. So if you are looking for a new Medical Spa for treatments I highly recommend the Silhouette Med Spa.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismDO NOT GO THERE.I was a customer here for a few years and never had a problem until this year. I purchased Sublative RF which is 3 part treatment. The first treatment went great. I made my follow up appt and when I arrived (after leaving work early for the appt)I was told they called and cancelled my appt 2 days before. I made this appt a month prior. I was rescheduled the following day (which I had to get a babysitter for).This appt should take 40 minutes total including the numbing time. I was left in my room for 1 hour. Not 1 single person came to check on me. I had to open the door and ask if I was forgotten about and have them re apply numbing cream. My 40 minute appt turned into 1 hour 40 mins. I made my appt for my final treatment that day before I left for the following month.When I arrived for my appt I was taken to my room and the numbing cream was applied. AGAIN, I was left in my room for 1 hour and not a single person checked on me. AGAIN I had to get out of my room to see if I they forgot about me and I needed someone to reapply my numbing cream. It was reapplied and I had to sit for another 10 minutes (which wasn’t long enough for it to work before my treatment). The Dr. was having trouble with the machine and getting it to work properly. He never looked to see how my last 2 treatments went and what level I was at with the treatment and started at the low level and completely rushed me out. I was there for another 1 hour 50 minutes when I left.I called Silhouette to let them know how long I’ve been going there and the trouble that I’ve experienced my last 2 appts. I was told that the office manager was not there at the time of my call and would call me back. I told them If i didn’t receive I was never going there again and I was going to give them a bad review.There was also many of times that I received Dysport treatments and participate in the rewards program, which they would never remember to add my points to which caused me to lose a lot of money in rewards.BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GO SERVICE HAS GONE WAY DOWN.DO NOT GO THERE.I was a customer here for a few years and never had a problem until this year. Critical: ProfessionalismI was excited and drove 1 hour to this spa. I read the Yelp reviews and and their IG is very promising but this is all just marketing . I had a tear trough fillers in LA, and created a temporary lumps. I went to this spa to have it dissolved, I also end up getting Botox for my neck. I paid $750 for Botox, $15/unit w/c is very pricey and $100 to dissolve my fillers. After 6 days I noticed my lumps are still there, It didn’t really go away and on top of that I have bruise underneath my eyes. I’ve been overdosing myself with arnica pellets for my bruises. I called their office and I spoke with Adriana, one of their receptionist. She was rude and unprofessional .I mentioned that my lumps underneath my eyes are still there so it didn’t dissolve and I was told by Adriana that I had to pay again to dissolve the remaining lumps. Why would I pay again, for the service that I already paid for and it wasn’t done right? I wasn’t informed by the MD that I had to come back for the second dose to dissolve the remaining lumps. Adriana didn’t even apologize. I was expecting her to say “I’m sorry if your lumps didn’t dissolve and if you can come back here so we can fix it” that’s how you handle customer service, but instead she kept on arguing with me that I need to pay again. She probably noticed that I’m asian with an accent that’s why She was being rude to me. $100 is not a lot but it’s not the money it’s the principle. I spent $850 hard earned money for nothing. Why would I pay again for the service that I already paid for and wasn’t done right. If you want an honest and medspa that you can trust, this place is not for you. How could a 28 year old who has been doing Botox for under two years possibly need almost $1k of Botox in one month in the same treatment area???(my forehead) .. either their Botox is low grade and doesn’t work well or they are extremely greedy and unprofessional. I have been getting regular treatments for quite some time now and I will never go back. Two weeks after my Botox treatment I noticed that I still had some movement in the area, I called and the receptionist said that more than likely the provider would cover the cost or it would be minimal cost since it’s a touch up.
