First guy at desk eight did my nails and I was not impressed and I could not leave that shop without getting it corrected so they had the guy at desk number three correct my nails and I was completely satisfied as I am every other time I come here. This is my go to spot and I know the guy at desk eight was recently hired but with his work and technique he will not be there long. I’m posting two pictures and I’m pretty sure you guys can tell which desk did which work

I’ve been coming here for a few years and have been pleased with the service until recently. The past few times I have been there to get a pedicure I have left with cuts and a burning sensation on my toes. The techs are rough and in a rush to get the job done. But most importantly it seems like these techs have no passion in what they do. The man who did my toes literally gave me a cut on my big toe he did a horrible job. I was so annoyed and angry with the level of service I received. I’ve always recommended this place to friends but now I warn them.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst photo is what I wanted for the flowers and second is what I got for the flowers.They didn’t even know what to charge me they knew what a mess it was they said $75 and I paid it along with $5 tip. I’m not a difficult customer and I always come here but apparently the main guy wasn’t there so everyone was out of place. I’m disappointed and upset. I have got many sets done before and was never charged this much. I always leave $20.00 tips. Bella has done my nails for a couple years now she’s amazing and so is everyone else in shop! Very professional and I never have any issues when I get my nails done. Clean and friendly nail shop but be prepared for a wait if you don’t have an appointment they’re very busy cause everyone’s good!

I have been in the greater Sacramento area for 4 years now, and I for the first time found a nail lady who I gladly return to. I highly recommend going to Lynn at Signet Nails Spa. She is one of the sweetest people you could meet and have a conversation with as well as being pronominal at her job! She listens to what you want, takes her time, and takes care of you! Love love love her.
