I never do this but I literally paid 60$ today my nails look terrible and are already lifting. She took over an hour and I had paint everywhere. They are uneven and the acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail. I have never felt like I wasted money like this before I’ll have to go get them done again way before two weeks. The place is clean and nice. I was offered a drink but the technician I had seems like rushing and not paying attention. I think if you will charge a customer for a $45, not including tip, it should come out like a $45 service. The gel polish is uneven and is sticking on my skin. I came back and ask her to fix it but she said my nails are deep. To me before you put it on UV light you have to ensure as a technician that the polish is precise before you dry. I am not coming back. I felt like I wasted my time and money. I could have done it better at home.

I haven’t changed nail spa in several years, but I think I might have to now. This spa is super sanitary, welcoming and beautiful. When I came in, they were on a 20 minute wait. To accommodate me faster, the owner took me as her guest. That’s great customer service, and she did a wonderful job. Super happy!

Love the girls in here! The chairs are super comfy and it’s been quiet when I’ve gone. They are always so friendly and flexible with my schedule. The nail techs are kind and friendly and they do a great job.

They ripped my nails off with a metal file. Charged me $10 as that is there nail removal. Cut my actual nail off. My hands are still throbbing. She cut my nails without asking in that process to wedge her metal nail filer. Then tried charging me extra for tips when I never get tips. Then painted my nails it had air bubbles and dried that and tried to proceed keep going. Left a ton acrylic powder under my nail. I can go on and on. It was a horrible experience. Avoid Jenny if you do happen to go

I had a great time I was easily accommodated with the design that I wanted, the techs are very nice and patient since I took a very long time to choose colors. It didn’t take them long to get to us, even though we were walk in’s. I went there with my friends and they were nice enough to sit us together. Overall this is a very nice place to go and relax, I recommend!
