This was my first massage. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. Stephanie C. Was absolutely wonderful and very professional. She listened, adjusted and concentrated on my problem areas. Stephanie’s talent and technique made me feel that I was important and not just part of the job. I think my next massage will be the 90min or the 2hr. Session. I scheduled an appointment for hair coloring and a haircut two months ago. It was still over a month wait before that appointment when I took a sooner opening. They called me one week later to cancel on me due to their scheduling error. They stated they didn’t allow enough time in that spot for my hair services and had to cancel it. Then I was offered an appointment in two additional months from now. I’d be more understanding of this happening if I used online scheduling, but each interaction was with their front desk staff on the phone.

I have been getting my haircut here for years. The staff is always so kind and they are always willing to help with any questions. My stylist, Aly, has always been willing to do as best as she can with the style or cut I ask for, but also suggests a better option that would still work when there is one. Even when I got my hair cut much shorter than I’ve ever had it, my hair always looks and feels amazing after I go in to get it wash and cut. They also have a great selection of products for all types of hair.

The first time I worked with her we didn’t get my hair completely where I wanted it, I almost let it go but decided to tell her. She was HAPPY I told her. She had me come back in a day later and let me tell you: she is IT. My hair looks the best it has in years. It turned out better than I expected. I’m over here livin’ my extra life with my new hair. Her communication, demeanor, technique, collaboration, is all on point. I’ve never had a stylist that I felt compelled to go back to- (I’m picky). But I feel like this is the start of something awesome. Thank you again Jewel. I had an excellent experience with Jewel, girlfriend is serving looks. The first time I worked with her we didn’t get my hair completely where I wanted it, I almost let it go but decided to tell her. She was HAPPY I told her. She had me come back in a day later and let me tell you: she is IT. My hair looks the best it has in years. It turned out better than I expected. She brings my vision to life and always makes sure I am fully satisfied before leaving the chair! She understands that my time there is precious and is sure to make me as comfortable as possible. Lauryn is amazing at color and cuts! I have been seeing her since I was about 12yrs old, now being almost 23. She has amazing attention to detail. I always walk out of signature happy with my hair. I recently also started seeing Mandy for facials. As an esthetician, you don’t realize how much you need that relaxation. She is amazing at what she does, and makes the experience super relaxing. Her neck/shoulder/scalp and hand massages are great. Ive been a client here for nearly 10yrs and have never been upset leaving. Love signature!

I’ve been coming to Signiture for over 20 years! Everyone at Signiture is always kind, welcoming and professional. When I come in the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and greet you with a smile, Wendy is fabulous! Rachel does such a wonderful job with my haircuts and waxing. She’s a joy to have conversations with. Each time I come in for a service even just a hair trim I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed..
