Nice people as they were all working on getting a knot I had out. But, went to pay and for a knot and cut it was $90! The same to get my hair colored and cut. I called back confirming just now and she said there was an extra $25 for a conditioner treatment. I’ve never once been given a service that I wasn’t offered. She just decided I wanted to spend that. I was going to make an appointment that week for a color but that threw me off. I messaged them asking if that was the norm and they said that they charged too little (what) and that they told me. Which they did not. That rubs me the wrong way, I wouldn’t go there or recommend it after that.
