terrible dye job on my friend by Skye Shin. my friend asked for blonde under-dye but ended up with orange hair. seemed rushed, since it took around 2 hours but usually going from black to blonde hair it would take 6 hours. super overpriced and on top of that he was even charged extra for it taking a longer time to work on his hair and them “having to skip 3 customers.” why would you charge extra for something the customer had no control over? just say you want to take advantage of your customers. overall they charge way too much than what their work is worth. would give zero stars if i only could.

Claude gave me a great hair cut. Ive been struggling to find a good stylist as ive always got a same haircut everywhere i go. I asked for suggestions for something new and we went back and forth and settled for what seemed fit for my hair type and head shape. 10/10 would come back again.

Staff was friendly enough but 200 I asked for half and we as giving partial. The placement is not in even. They are leopard spotty and multiple colors on each strand. I was ok with it not being th color I wanted as long as it wasnt orange and blotchy. It’s orange and blotchy. She didn’t check them before removing all the foils. Then wanted to recharge me price to correct them. She had already disposed of her bleach bowl. I will not be going back
