Critical: PunctualityI made a reservation for hair color, on the phone she asked if I needed a haircut I said I didn’t, also made clear how I wanted my hair color. When I was at the salon, she told me they made a mistake with reservations that’s why she didn’t have enough time to do hair color and hair cut both?!??! I reminded again I didn’t need a hair cut already. In this case she had time to do hair color but told me that she could dye only half of my hair ?!?! I was there to get my hair color done and go home, not to get a half service. They said sorry but When I was leaving I was told that for the whole hair color I would need to pay more. (which was already high) I thought they would apply discount for the inconvenient, well it didn’t happen. The salon seemed nice but after my first experience, I didn’t go again.Edit: This is my maiden name, reservation was under my married name ‘Abu Asad’. My cancelled reservation was on July 15th at 1pm.
