Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really enjoyed my experience at Signature Salon. I had been getting my hair cut waaaaay up in Chicopee, MA and decided it’d probably be in my best interest to find something more local. After perusing their website, I was taken by the fact that Megan does energy healing work when not at the salon and so I decided I would book directly with her based off of that tidbit alone. I’m very glad I did. She was super kind and made me feel wholly comfortable throughout the duration of service. I’m often a bit nervous entering salon facilities because I am *not* a fashionista and I feel that most stylists are very fashion-forward. But, I was never made to feel uncomfortable. I’m probably being a bit dramatic… I don’t wear rags, but I’m not exactly trendy.Anyway! I was so happy with my cut. I just needed a trim and lots of layers added and Megan delivered. If I had to guess, it was probably an easy service for her in comparison to all the fancy cuts and colors that are likely requested of her. I will be back again for another trim and layers soon.The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Clean, well-appointed, and with great lighting. You’ve probably come to expect that of a salon.I absolutely recommend Signature Salon if you’re in the area or even if it tacks on a few extra miles for you. I really enjoyed my experience at Signature Salon. I had been getting my hair cut waaaaay up in Chicopee, MA and decided it’d probably be in my best interest to find something more local. Salon is spotless and up-to-date. I totally trust them with my hair and in terms of safety in the salon. I love this place. Logen always makes my hair look fantastic. The color is always gorgeous and she is super responsive. Salon is spotless and up-to-date. I totally trust them with my hair and in terms of safety in the salon. Also great with manicures, lashes, waxing, massages, etc. They also have lovely hair care products and good deals on them as well. The best!
