Critical: QualityOnly nice to you in the beginning but once you become a customer there they become very rude. Ive done nothing but paid good and brought friends and family here. I called to schedule an appointment but the guy who works in the front told me they couldnt serve me anymore because i take too long with wanting designs. So not recommend. Only nice to you in the beginning but once you become a customer there they become very rude. Ive done nothing but paid good and brought friends and family here. I called to schedule an appointment but the guy who works in the front told me they couldnt serve me anymore because i take too long with wanting designs. So not recommend. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey need to rethink their customer service. After the third time making the same mistake saying I’m sorry and trying to explain how nail designs work become mute and insulting. Had a 6pm appointment. Called at 5:05pm to ask if my nail technician was running on time since I drive 42mins. Was told to be here at 6:15pm instead. At this point that’s fine I like I don’t need to rush to my appointment. I’m flexible. Drove the 42mins, called at 6:12pm to see if I should give Alex a lil more time. Was told I need to reschedule since his other appointments ran late. What really gets me is why can’t the receptionist call his scheduled costumers that Alex is running behind. It would have saved me that 42min drive and already being in the parking lot because my appointment time is nearing I’m told to RESCHEDULE! OH and if I want to go with someone he THINKS it MIGHT be 20mins or so. Seriously its always I’m sorry with that receptionist. Instead of sorry learn to FIX your repeated issues!!! Food for thought… people who schedule appointments leave a name and number. If someone is running behind call whomever is scheduled next to let them know they are running behind. Loved the very quick service. They can do anything there. I had Alex do my nails and I’m pleased. Was greeted with a warm welcome and a cold water on a hot day. I brought my two young kids with me and no one minded them there. How quick Alex was made me really want to come back becuse that’s what I needed. I cant stand it when I’m sitting in the chair for 2 hours or more at other places. He did exactly what I asked for and prices are great..only negative thing I have to say is I got a tiny bit uncomfortable when it was time to pay and TIP. They look at u watch what ur tipping even while they are tending to someone else. .that’s unnecessary. I’ll be back for sure

I have been going to the salon in this location for over 5 years. Today was the first time with the new owners and it will be the last. I always just get a spa pedicure, but I felt like I was the lowest priority because I wasn’t getting gel or doing a manicure also. It was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had- which is not a good thing. They only had 3 employees working and there were about 6 customers. There used to be many more employees than this. The whole thing was very rushed. At least she didn’t try to upsell me on everything, but the massage was about a minute on each leg. The worst thing is that when paying they have a sign saying gratuities can be paid with “cash, Venmo , or PayPal”. I wanted to put it on my card and the girl said the new owner doesn’t let them do it that way. How is that even a thing in 2019??? She offered to have me just tip when I came in next time, but that didn’t feel right- especially because I knew I was not going to come back to this place. So I argued and insisted she put it on my card, which she reluctantly did. I have no idea if my girl even got my tip, but at least I tried. I’m done with this salon. Good thing there are plenty of other salons locally!

Won’t be going back here again I was cut on at least five of my fingers the polish on my toes was light and had to be redone after leaving I look closely at my hands and realized that my nails are not even smooth I’m going to have to find another salon to fix what they messed up at their high prices I recommend anybody who still wants to go here she look closely before you leave make sure you get with your pain for cuz I sure didn’t and I definitely won’t be going back here
