Critical: QualityOnly nice to you in the beginning but once you become a customer there they become very rude. Ive done nothing but paid good and brought friends and family here. I called to schedule an appointment but the guy who works in the front told me they couldnt serve me anymore because i take too long with wanting designs. So not recommend. Only nice to you in the beginning but once you become a customer there they become very rude. Ive done nothing but paid good and brought friends and family here. I called to schedule an appointment but the guy who works in the front told me they couldnt serve me anymore because i take too long with wanting designs. So not recommend. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey need to rethink their customer service. After the third time making the same mistake saying I’m sorry and trying to explain how nail designs work become mute and insulting. Had a 6pm appointment. Called at 5:05pm to ask if my nail technician was running on time since I drive 42mins. Was told to be here at 6:15pm instead. At this point that’s fine I like I don’t need to rush to my appointment. I’m flexible. Drove the 42mins, called at 6:12pm to see if I should give Alex a lil more time. Was told I need to reschedule since his other appointments ran late. What really gets me is why can’t the receptionist call his scheduled costumers that Alex is running behind. It would have saved me that 42min drive and already being in the parking lot because my appointment time is nearing I’m told to RESCHEDULE! OH and if I want to go with someone he THINKS it MIGHT be 20mins or so. Seriously its always I’m sorry with that receptionist. Instead of sorry learn to FIX your repeated issues!!! Food for thought… people who schedule appointments leave a name and number. If someone is running behind call whomever is scheduled next to let them know they are running behind.
