I came to get a simple heart design on my nail, my original tech couldn’t make hearts so they sent me to the owner who seems very friendly but wasn’t so friendly after I didn’t like the hearts she did. My hearts looked like blobs with no actual shape at all. I told her that I’m used to going to a black nail tech who is very particular with her designs so I was sorry for being so picky. She then started ranting on about how I obviously know better then her and how black artists are so much better then Asians. I was made very uncomfortable from these comments. I hope they practice on perfecting their art since it’s a huge issue to want decent looking heart designs.they also charged me 20$ for 3 hearts as a design and this is how it looks. I would like to add I’ve been a loyal customer for the past year but after this experience I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

I am new to the area and was looking to do something relaxing for the weekend. I had never gotten my nails done before and was kind of nervous. I expressed this to my male technician when I was there 10/22 at table 13 at 5:30pm. He seemed instantly annoyed with me. He kept yelling at me to relax my hand, but he had such a rough grip it was difficult to relax under that kind of pressure. He did not use clean materials, the nail file had clearly been used before me and the heads of nail smoothing electronic device had other peoples nail dust all over them. The technician was quite rude and was not even looking when he was filling down my nails with the electric device. And because he wasn’t paying attention he kept getting my cuticles in the sides of my fingers with that device which burned the skin. And the gel curing machine hurt really badly the four times he made me have my hands in there. He not only charged me for the $55 acrylic nails that hurt like hell to even touch hours later, he charged me $5 for the shape of the nails. WHY IS OVAL SHAPE $5 extra dollars???? He kept glaring at me impatient for me to pull my cars out of my wallet so I felt badly enough to tip even though the service sucked!

Tony (I believe, table #25) gave me a full set with shellac in 35 minutes. As someone who hates sitting still for an hour to get my nails done, I REALLY appreciate that. Also, I love the almond shape that he effortlessly does .

I am an eternal optimist. Always the one to search out the best of something even in the least of circumstances. I try to see the good in it all.

I have been to this salon multiple times for manicures and the work was AMAZING. My nails were gorgeous, clean, and neat. I thought this place was The One! The facility is usually nice and clean.

Basic dip removal and single color reapplication on real nails without any design was $60, which is more than I’ve ever paid for the same service at at least half a dozen other salons. Called the next day to confirm charges and was told that it would normally be $5 for removal (unusual, in my experience, unless it’s the only service) and $45 for dip/reapplication (pretty typical). I was charged an additional $10 for one coat of shellac that I requested because the color did not turn out true white, as requested (another problem I’ve never had with a white manicure at any salon). I was not informed that this “fix” would cost an additional $10. When I went back in and requested a $10 refund, they were pretty insistent that they needed to remove the shellac and redo the nails. I declined this offer due to time constraints, and they ultimately reluctantly gave me the $10 refund.

I’ve been multiple times (giving the benefit of the doubt). It wasn’t until I was met with snarky remarks and rude demeanor on MULTIPLE occasions, by several of their staff, that I realized it wasn’t just someone having a bad day…but it was actually embedded within their customer service overall. They do pedicures well but absolutely SUCK at acrylic and nail shaping. The establishment is clean. However they don’t take well to direction. I also believe they are rude and racist to minorities. Will not return and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Absolutely trash! Paid $75 for coffin medium length solid color 5 nails fell completely off in 5 days. Never again! Should be ashamed of the quality provided for the cost. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Nail art

Used to be a regular customer at signature, but not anymore. My most recent visit was awful. The nail tech was very aggressive while executing my manicure. Was bending my hands in awkward positions that were painful and told me to “just relax”. Overall service was lackluster. Will be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Wish I could give 0 stars.
