I went in this morning to get my SNS removed as I can no longer have nails done for work. I had never been here before and was in the area. Instead of soaking my nails or using the electric filer, the man stuck a fake nail between my nail and the SNS and popped them off. This is not healthy for the nail and painful! When I asked why he was doing it this way he said it was quicker. If I wanted it done that way I could have done that myself. He did cut and shape my nails, but it was $12 for this service – that again, was painful and I could have done myself.

Every time I go into Signature Nails and Spa in Alpharetta on North Point at Webb Bridge I am told that they are busy and it’ll be an hour to a two hour wait there’s only one person being serviced but there’s other people walking around I don’t know what the issue is but they have very bad customer service

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience here. They are always friendly and willing to help with all of your nail care needs. Kim is the owner and only person I let do my nails. Lee is also an excellent nail tech. My daughter request her every time we go.

I have been coming here for a few years now and they are consistently good! Fast service, reasonably priced, and clean establishment. Conveniently located right at North Point Parkway and Webb Bridge Road. I get pedicure and SNS services. Ask for a “frequent flyer” discount card when you go in. I highly recommend Signature Nails & Spa!
