I asked her to make them a little shorter and she proceeded to cut them so short, that I can feel my finger tips. I’m so upset. The owner was walking around barefoot! Critical: Quality, ValueThis was one of the worst nail places I’ve been too. She rushed my gel manicure, just to do someone who didn’t make an appointment. Had called in advance for an appointment here. She left my nails clump, bumpy, and all uneven. My cousin and friend also came. We were all rushed. My friend got clipped and polish were still on their nails and within a day or two out nails had already chipped. Worst experience ever I am never one to complain. But I couldn’t even tip from the lack of willingness to take time and do our nails. We are all customers. But I just know I will not be returning ever again. This was one of the worst nail places I’ve been too. She rushed my gel manicure, just to do someone who didn’t make an appointment. Had called in advance for an appointment here. She left my nails clump, bumpy, and all uneven. My cousin and friend also came. We were all rushed. My friend got clipped and polish were still on their nails and within a day or two out nails had already chipped. Worst experience ever I am never one to complain. Critical: ProfessionalismConveyer belt service. Was not relaxing what so ever. Soaked my shoe in pedicure water. No toilet paper in the restroom.
