Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame in for a full set of acrylic. The communication with Kim was not clear at all she was more using her hands rather than being vocal. It was a little unprofessional to see her talking/laughing in their language with one of her male employee while my nails was getting done, that is such an awful customer service. Usually my acrylic would look simple and natural but this one looks like a bunch of gel was stack on top of each other making the nail look so big. I was told to get two flower design just on two fingers would be $10? It was just not good at all, my nails came out awful. Came in for a full set of acrylic. The communication with Kim was not clear at all she was more using her hands rather than being vocal. It was a little unprofessional to see her talking/laughing in their language with one of her male employee while my nails was getting done, that is such an awful customer service. I legit paid $90 just for a full set of nails that’s looks horrible ! I felt like asking them just take them off ! They are bulking fat and not attractive and for this price it’s ridiculous , I will never come

Decided to give this place a try, and my experience was good! Nothing special or anything, just got gel mani and pedi. My nails came out cute and lasted for my vacation. I did get cut on one of my fingers, but it wasn’t too serious.

The place has gone down hill over the years. Went there for a last minute wax and gel manicure. My gel manicure was so poorly done, it peeled within a few days and did not even look good. The woman who was working there was also drinking a BEER while working even though the business is in a public mall. Very expensive for poorly done nails. won’t return.

Went in to get a mani with the exfoliating treatment, the nails came out very chunky because the nail tech, Kim, used old nail polish (the color wasn’t even the color I originally requested), and she cut my thumb. Throughout the service she was pushing for me to get extra services, such as a pedicure or gel, even though I specifically said I just want the basic mani. I left the salon with a messy $42 manicure and a bloody finger. The work was so bad I decided to remove the nail polish all together. Do yourself a favor and save your money and your time, DO NOT GO HERE.

I called last minute to book a dip appointment, and they were able to fit me in quickly, about a 20 minute walk in. I picked a baby pink dip. I showed my nail tech a picture of the exact color I wanted and he told me which one would look similar. He was very nice, and told me step by step what he was doing to my nail. I’ve been doing my nails for years and he told me my nails were flat and not rounded so he took the time to shape them with dip, to be rounded! That was awesome. None of them seem to talk to their clients, and that one on one is crucial to customer service. However on the bright side, they never stepped away from my nails to do something else like i’ve seen in most salons. (going on phone, talking to eachother). Lastly, the nails were almost clear. My cuticles did not get cleaned, not even touched once! It made me so upset because I left for vacation that night expecting something good. However, the nails do look good. I should’ve been informed they were going to be clear not the pink I showed him. It’s also important to state the price before taking the card of a customer of any store! It was around $59 a little over priced for dip. I usually go to a different salon that gets the right nail color, and charges 40. I should’ve read the reviews. It’s a 50/50 for me.

Don’t bother giving this place a chance. I paid $115 for regular polish signature pedicure and gel manicure, before tip which is absolutely fine if it means quality. But absolutely not! They use the cheapest nail polish on the market and the quality of work is very very low. Half of my fingers have bleeding cuts on the cuticles and on the other half they didn’t clean at all. On top of that you can see my old nail polish color on the corners of the nail…. And some of the nails have bubbles and dust baked with the gel polish, not to mention that there is gel all over my cuticles… please save your money for somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I went for a shopping/pedicure day and the two ladies working here made our experience enjoyable. They welcomed us in and helped us right away. They both were very sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend stopping here for a nice pedicure after a long shopping day! Pedicure
