I had hard gel to be removed and asked for regular manicure. The person who helped me used a nail clipper and a cuticle cutter that wasn’t sealed (which raised the question mark if they were ever sanitized).

My nail tech kept messing up the gel color but I figured he would fix it as he went along. He didn’t. There is gel on my skin around my nails, he only did a third coat on one set of nails and I can still see the pink I had on before. It’s astounding how bad this gel fill is. It looks like I did it myself. I was kind of shocked when he told me he was finished and the color on my fingers would “wash off later today”. I just paid and left and I will never return.

this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with my nails. for starters, my nail tech was more focused on conversing and drinking then actually doing my nails. second, i asked if he could fix my french tips and was very specific on what i wanted but it didn’t help. the only good part was the girl who did the extra detailing Acrylic nails

My family usually chooses this place but yesterday when I came in, an elder woman did my pedicure, and really disrespected me. I didn’t want to have to leave this review but after I woke up this morning I realized she had hurt me so bad and been so rough that my foot was bleeding and scabbed in 2 places from regular buffing, and the polish was so messy. She also threw a hot towel over my feet that was supposed to be relaxing. She was placing items down very loudly and left paint marks and an unclean job all over my toes, there is polish on the skin on almost every toe and she even left blank spots without polish where polish should be on my toes. The man and other girls were nice, but I wish they did something about how I was being treated. I just sat through it and let it be, but the older lady kept treating me bad. Even with the hot rocks and deluxe I paid for, they were done unevenly and so quickly, not relaxing, more painful. I sensed her talking negatively about me and my family possibly to others after I responded sometimes, and got that energy, especially after her treating me so poorly, but I guess pretty hurts.

listen…this is the first time i have EVER left a review on google because i just feel like people should know how this was the worst manicure i have ever gotten in my life. complete waste of money. the polish was applied very lazy and sloppily and i (believe it or not) had nail polish smeared all over my palms because of the lazy technique my nail technician used, and he saw it, and just LEFT IT ON MY HANDS. i had to go back home and clean up the leftover polish because he didn’t go back to clean up any of the mess he clearly and visibly left on my hands, which was a bit of a slap in the face considering i’m paying for “good service”. environment was strange and they had random customers doing karaoke, which isn’t inherently a problem, but it was just awkward and weird. super unprofessional environment and a little disappointing. seriously go anywhere else to get your nails done, bc i honestly felt like i had thrown my money in the garbage once i walked out that salon door.

I have used this place multiple times now! Each time they never disappoint me with their level of rudeness! I have been kind and iLife including 25% tip each time, and never require any free drinks, not even water. They only have one person for nail designing named Laila and she gets extremely rude if you are taking extra 5 seconds deciding what you want! Today I came in for a fill, gel polish & a manicure! This guy got mad because I was on phone and yelled at me for moving my feet once! And I apologized but be kept on and on! I have seen him sucking up-to other women of different race – so only conclusion I have come to after coming here for multiple times (I like to give people a few chances to prove me wrong) is they are highly racist! And this is not the first Asian mani-pedi place to act like that – there was some in La Crescenta as well! However, if I am spending all this money and extra money in tips, I deserve a better service! This place will not be receiving my hard earned money anymore. I hope they do learn the basics of good customer service.
