I’ve gone plenty of times, every time i’ve gone i’ve got the same lady who i adore and she’s always done great on my nails nor ever cut or hurt my fingers. She’s did my homecoming nails, just normal sets, my birthday nails. Everytime she wax’s my eyebrows she does a great job, and makes sure to clean up extra hairs and get wax. They are a bit expensive but it’s always quailty over price.

Went in with a wedding party which we prearranged and they asked us to get there 30 min before opening. We had 6 people, they had 4 workers. They were very rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in and acted like we were putting them out. We had 3 mani/pedi, 1 gel, 2 sns. They claimed we changed our services and kept the $50 deposit. They cut 3 of my fingers, snatched our hands around, one lady swatted the brides hand when she was trying to look at her toes. We had an over $400 tab and they were appalled when I gave them a $20 tip. They said they drove all the way from Atl to be here. It’s your business, you kept our deposit, and you told us to be there before opening. Very disappointed. BUT we have a story to tell.

I was charged $30 to fix two nails that chipped. The tech had an attitude and was impatient with me trying to brainstorm once we realized they don’t have the color to match. I walked away unsatisfied and out almost as much as it cost to get a new set. This was frustrating bc it was for upcoming maternity pictures.

I have been to the salon several times. I went last weekend and got a pedicure and dip powder manicure. I made an appointment the day before but still had a wait time. No big deal. I had a pretty good pedicure. Then after putting on the disposable sandals I slipped in a puddle of water in the floor. They were not very concerned at all. I had to have my toes touched up. Then I did my dip powder manicure. The nail technician was very much in a hurry. My $75 manicure left me with two very crooked nails and two bleeding fingers. After only 2 days multiple nails are lifting.

The customer service was fine and they did a good job on my toenails. But I had a 30 dollar pedicure but they charged me 50. Said it cost 20 for the polish. I could buy several bottles of polish myself for that price. They don’t tell you this until you go to pay. They have done this to me several times. I won’t be going back. Their prices just keep going up.
