Visited Signature Nails for the first time today. Great 1st impression, place is beautiful inside, clean and modern. Online booking is a huge benefit! I was greeted with friendly staff immediately. Had an appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances with an employee, I had to wait which I didn’t mind. The staff apologized numerous times and it was clear it was genuine. I only scheduled a fill but they were able to accommodate the pedicure I also requested. Kathy went above and beyond to repair my damaged nails and make them beautiful for an upcoming vacation. I will for sure go back!

I just wanted to share a great experience I had at a new nail salon in town called Signature Nails located on Apollo Drive. Since moving to Lino last year I have been trying to find a nail salon that I love and today I found it. It’s brand new, which is why I am sharing because most of you probably don’t know about it. The salon is beautifully designed and has new technology that I personally haven’t seen before making the salon incredibly clean and efficient. Cindy is the owner and she is very professional and works hard to make sure you feel welcome and happy with your service. Kathy did my nails and she is AMAZING! She had to replace the set I had and did such a nice job, they look perfectly natural and her skill is top notch since she has been doing this for 27 years. If you go, I highly recommend Kathy. I was further impressed that when younger techs had time between appointments, they would come and watch Kathy and she would coach them on techniques. I don’t usually write recommendations unless I am blown away by service and today’s experience deserves a recommendation.

My visit started out good but went down hill!! The lady at the front desk ( not sure if she was the owner) was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The salon is very clean and bright!! When it came to my nails I wish I could say a great job was done. I showed the tech the design I wanted, it was a matte black with the tips of the nails shiny black with a nail design on both ring fingers. When I showed her she only wanted to do my nails the matte black. For some reason she did not want to add the shiny black tips. So I let it go and went with just the matte black and the design. I wanted my nails ballerina shaped and they are a cross between coffin and oval. I later noticed my pinky finger on my left hand was crooked plus my index finger on my right hand the top coat started peeling that same night!! I don’t know why but I tipped the tech $20 bucks!! I thought a full set of gel nails was $60 bucks and I expected a little extra for the design but when I went to pay I was charged $80 bucks!!!!’ This set was definitely not worth $80bucks…..I’m so disappointed!!! My daughter told me I should have them redo the set but I’m not comfortable with that cause I feel the tech would take me wanting them redone personal. I’m just not going back and will not recommend this nail salon to anyone!!!!
