There’s a reason why this salon is 5/5. The prices are the same as just about everywhere else. The staff is very friendly and they explain everything that is happening, which I thought was a nice touch. I’ve never had things explained at any salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere was nice and they did a really great job on my nails. This is definitely the place I will go to from now on! I wrote this review in June of 2021. It’s now April 2022 and I have been a loyal, every 2 week customer ever since!

I am looking for a new place that actually meet appointment times. I’ve been here a couple times now. Yesterday I had an appointment at 6 PM and wasn’t taken back until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Technicians are friendly but it would be appreciated if someone would tell you when you arrive that they were running late. They absolutely know that they can’t meet the appointment time so why not just tell you instead of ignoring you? The quality of the work was fine, but other places will lotion your hands and give you a quick hand massage. This place doesn’t do that. I also don’t like that they push gel polish for a pedicure. I’ve never needed gel and have very good luck with regular polish. I don’t feel the need to pay extra for a different type of polish on my toes. I had no idea it was going to be so difficult to find someplace that provides good quality results and can meet appointment times. Trust me I don’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes but 40 minutes is unreasonable.

Had my nails done Tuesday afternoon for a Saturday wedding. Sat there for 3 hours while getting them done and redone because the tech didn’t pay attention to what I was requesting. One nail broke while others lifted. Called and told me they couldn’t get me in until sat afternoon however I’m not avail since I’ll be at a wedding. I made the appointment for Tuesday so I had time to get everything else done that was needed. Very upset since I’ll have to get them fixed somewhere else and lost out on money. Beware. based on other reviews Im seeing this is a trend. I will make sure i find a new location

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMe and my friend went here to get our nails done. We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and we totally understand that low staff has its affects. But my friend asks for natural gel nails and the woman who did them gave her acrylics.. her nails also are super duper thick and dense.. my nails on the other hand point upwards and are on an incline. I asked for almond shaped and they gave me short pointy pencil-like tips. Me and my friend went here to get our nails done. We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and we totally understand that low staff has its affects. I had my first appointment with Signature Nail and Dan was the tech. He was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly nice and my nails look fabulous. I am a customer for life. The salon is beautiful, very clean and everyone was friendly. I would recommend Dan at Signature Nail to everyone. Dip powder, Manicure
