Been coming here for the past year, Ben was excellent ……at first. Then he would forget my appointment or not show at all. The owner Scott took over and that’s when it all went downhill! I went to him twice, first time was barely acceptable, nails were thin and the pink color was inconsistent forcing him to paint on whit and pink on my pink/white acrylic. I gave it another chance 2 1/2 weeks later…….Scott again did my nails, this time he was not in a good mood, a nail tech even commented on it. I decided to go with a color instead of my normal pink and white dye to his mood, however it went wrong, he made a sarcastic comment due to the fact I used soap after he told me to wash my nails. I explained that I always use soap but that apparently is only for pink and white acrylic which is what I always get. I explained that and apologized and we moved on from there, sadly the nail polish color never stuck to my nail he had to remove it three times to reapply it, I even offered to switch nail colors and that’s when he raised his voice to me and said calm down people get their nails painted 1 million times a day. Mind you I never raised my voice I was trying to help him out because I thought maybe it was bad nail polish, not only did his staff look over at him but the customers that were seated next to me also looked I was Humiliated and embarrassed. I spend good money and tip very well but I can tell you this I will never go back to that salon. Not only is it overcrowded loud and overbooked but at the end of the day it’s filthy I’ve let all those things slide because the first guy did such a good job. That’s just my two cents but there you have it

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am not very pleased with the way my acrylic nails came out. During my visit he was on the phone the whole time on FaceTime which is not professional and as a result also rushing through applying the gel polish. It’s been three days and the polish is lifting and there are parts where it is uneven coat. He also got gel on my skin area where I had to take it off because he rushed through it. I am not very pleased with the way my acrylic nails came out. During my visit he was on the phone the whole time on FaceTime which is not professional and as a result also rushing through applying the gel polish. It’s been three days and the polish is lifting and there are parts where it is uneven coat. He also got gel on my skin area where I had to take it off because he rushed through it. My co-worker and I showed up on a Friday afternoon as walk-ins and waited about 20 minutes to get our pedicures. ( very reasonable since they were busy) I got a hot paraffin wax with gel nail polish. Tina was my nail Technician and she did a great job!

I have been coming here for several years now. Some time ago due to surgery, I had to go 9 weeks in between my nails and my pedicure. To my surprise they held up great no chips or breaks. I’ve always had wonderful experiences here. Yesterday I was in the salon getting my nails done and two young females came in and started being very rude to the office manager. Cursing at her, a ton of attitude and even told the manager she should “go kill herself” which was all extremely uncalled for especially over small miscommunication over an appointment.. that the salon was willing to still accommodate the client for. The manager handled this situation very well. What I did not appreciate was one of the young ladies accusing me of talking poorly to the agitated female and was arguing with us about something that never happened or was never said. As far as the two reviews below, please do not associate their comments with this salon. This salon is absolutely wonderful, has great employees, does amazing work and are ALWAYS professional. I will always recommend this salon.

for someone that is highly depressed and trying to do something nice for myself while my fiancé is out of town with monster trucks tour work whatever, I walked in with an appointment at 12:30, it was 12:22 and she said I don’t have time right now I do at 12:30 though. I said okay. 8 minutes away . Walked back to my sister in law. She had the rudest attitude and so did her client sitting in front of her. She’s the only speaking English women in there and the non English women are nicer and polite than she is. Other walk ins are coming in and yet still no appointment. If this lady is Tina, she’s an effin joke (:
