This place is very hit or miss. This last time I went I was extremely disappointed. I had some lady who filed all my nails crooked, and when I had told her, she said it was just my finger, and she wouldn’t correct it. I have been doing dip on my natural nails for a few months now, and I’ve never had an issue. I love the color she used for my dip, but the nails are also extremely thin (2 coats). I have gone to many other salons in the Cape, and my dip nails have never been this brittle and cheap looking. I had a nail break after 3 days of getting them done, another at 6, and one right now at 10 ish. Not going back unless I need a quick set of acrylics. They have really good acrylic nail artists if that’s what you’re looking for. Slightly pricy if you get anything other than plain acrylic. Also with the pictures, the last one is chipped and cracked, but my lighting is off so you can’t tell.

So many Great nail techs Angie who is my go to but there’s so many great ones including Brian, My, Lynn, Benjamin and Harry. There’s quite a few more and all great! I came to get a fill on my amazing acrylics I got done by someone else at this place last month so I had high expectations. (They do have good nail techs here but management is very very unprofessional) they did not do everything they could to make their paying customer happy. My nails are one thing but the way they run this place is more of an issue in opinion. They don’t do everything to make YOU the paying customer happy. (I added a picture of the design they made a big deal about fixing for me) they left me for 30 minutes waiting to get it fixed. They also guilt you for wanting your nails fixed. Angie is the girl to go to! I am very rough on my hands. In and out of heavy duty degreaser daily. Mechanic hands sometimes. Yes I used my nails as tools *Scraper etc. Work in and clean commercial kitchens. Her work and professional experience lasted me 3 weeks no lifting. I’ve been getting my nails done for a life time. With other places and people they only last a week and a 1/2 solidly.

The Gel polish they use especially for light colors start to turn color in about 3-5 days of you getting your nails done, it looks as if your nails are dirty, God forbid you say something to them, about it they get upset when you address the situation. I feel if I’m paying money I should be able to express when the quality of there products suck!! They are nasty and rude when they should address the issue and do there best to make the customer happy!!! I would never recommend them to anyone ever. There to pricey and really ain’t all that!!!!! I was disappointed I heard great things about this place. I got a pedicure and the women did a good job, but I paid for a spa pedicure and it felt like she rushed through it. Then I got a dip manicure and the guy rushed through the whole thing, he was on his AirPods the whole time and seemed annoyed by my business. I got to the car and realized most of my nails weren’t even straight. They’re all different lengths.

I love coming here! I usually see Benjamin and he is quick and does a beautiful job. When I get a pedicure I will sit with anyone — they are all amazing! This place is always amazing. Their prices are high but their work is exceptional. I had acrylic white tip with powder on top. Then I had gel feet with hot stones massage and parrafin wax. My feet were so soft and silky. I don’t mind paying for good nail service and this staff is always wonderful.
