Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe owner / Manager … who ever ROSE is did my nails and the service was terrible from the time she cut my length, shaping , filing . She was rushing skipping steps and getting an attitude because I’m asking her to stop rushing and just simply give me what I’m paying for. My nails are crooked . Shaped wrong and too short. She also said just wait and you like it don’t I REDO. But rushed me out rudely. Me and my sister. I just wanted what I paid for and we both was clearly upset and unhappy with the customer service and quality. I paid $63 for this below. And only got a colt change on my toes. The owner / Manager … who ever ROSE is did my nails and the service was terrible from the time she cut my length, shaping , filing . She was rushing skipping steps and getting an attitude because I’m asking her to stop rushing and just simply give me what I’m paying for. My nails are crooked . Shaped wrong and too short. Critical: CleanlinessI was in and out in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have to wait for my service. I typically use places in Atlanta. The standards for cleanliness seemed lacking here. I am used to all of the tools taken out of sterile packaging in front of me or new tools. Things like a nail file, buff, brushes, and metal tools were just sitting there clearly very worn and not cleaned or sterilized. I also got a sns manicure and have read that the cleanest way to do this is not have your fingers dipped in the same bottle as everyone else does, but that is what was done here. My nails look good but I’m still unsure about the safety standards to prevent spreading infection from client to client. I am used to all of the tools taken out of sterile packaging in front of me or new tools.
