Walk in for pedicures today, they were busy but they still came to the front and asked how can they help. I probably waited for about 10 minutes. The lady called Rosy, she’s very professional. She took her time and was being gentle when cutting/file my toe nails. I didn’t feel pain like I was in another nail salons. I enjoyed my pedicures.

The only good thing about this place is Cindy and I’m sorry to have to leave her. However my request today wasn’t honored and I wish I knew the name of whoever did my nails but she didn’t even speak the entire time. Long story short, my nails are the exact opposite of what I asked for. I needed to correct her multiple times on my request. And she didn’t even attempt to copy the picture which was pulled up on my phone the WHOLE time. She messed up twice which resulted her dremmeling my nails down so far the nail beds are bleeding and now infected. Still ended up paying $39 even after I expressed my extreme disappointment and didn’t even receive what I had asked for. I won’t be back.

It was very expensive for 3 of us (like we have never paid that much ever). I got a classic manicure and no polish on my fingernails and got home and realized they were turning yellow/brownish where they should be white and were all scraped. My pedicure was decent but the polish doesn’t look great. The staff was not friendly at all. Won’t be back.

Please pay attention to the reviews about the unprofessionalism at this establishment. A client who literally has been coming to this establishment for a year and even having family members come along to enjoy services was treated horrible after speaking to the shop owner about her nails breaking frequently after just having them done that week. As a black women I’m disgusted at the way this client was treated. She spoke to the owner in private because this was her third time after not even a week of having her nails break off after receiving dip. The owner was dismissive , rude, unprofessional and racist. I was horrified at how she was treated. She had her 2 year okd daughter with her and 3 salon workers yelled at her to the point where she had to leave the facility with her baby because of the aggressive and disrespect towards her. As she sat in the car trying to gather her self she saw five police cars approach the salon. After the salon owner and a few of his staff members aggressively and disrespectfully treated her they had the nerve to call the police on her as if she was the aggressor. As a women of color this is happening way to often. A paying customer should be able to say hey something is wrong. No customer should have several different nails breaking off after a week. All she wanted was someone to help her rectify the situation. Instead she was treated like an animal in front of the entire salon. I could only think if she was a white women ! Would that have been the outcome. 5 police cars when she walked out of the salon because she was being disrespected!!! She was not the aggressor !!! Please stay away from this establishment especially if your a women of color ! Let’s start holding these places accountable !!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to get dip powder on my nails and the quality of the nails was horrible they didn’t even last me a week before 2 of my nails broke off. When I went to talk to the manager about it he was very rude and insinuated I purposely broke my own nails, and didn’t want to help me. I would not recommend going here don’t even waste your time or money.

Isabella provided great service during my pedicure today! This location is new and they are offering 25% off for their opening month! I highly recommend coming here for the great service and conversation. Would be nice if they offered a mani-pedi special instead of stacking the costs, but as far as the service there are no complaints! Very clean as well.

Terrible! I received the worst pedicure ever! I don’t know who the lady was. She was older with glasses. I’ve never had a pedicure that hurt. She kept digging her almond shape nails into my toes & legs.

The pedicure I received was amazing and I have no complaints with that. I asked for a manicure and a full set of pink and white, they ignored my request for the manicure and did do the full set but the work done was not worth what they cost.. The full set doesn’t cover my nails and leaves the bottom and sides bare which will cause my nails to pop off or me to have to get them redone in a week. If you are looking for just a pedicure I would recommend but other than that I would not go here.
