Horrible!!! My nails are horrible!! I’ve been going to a place in Perth Amboy to get refill for my hard gel and I always get satisfied!! But today I couldn’t travel so far and I was in Freehold; so I decided to give it a try to this place. I only asked for a refill and color but the way how my nails ended up at the end was horrible.. My nails look so uneven. The person who did my nails did not spend time making sure they look even or nice or if I like it.. no!! She didn’t even filed them good!!

I’ve been going to signature nails for over a year now. I went once on a whim and haven’t gone anywhere since! Tammy is the absolute best. My nails last far longer than they should, and Tammy is very aware of how to remove the old gel to keep my nails in good shape. They can always accommodate my crazy schedule, and I totally look forward to going to my appointment for a fresh manicure and a laugh with everyone. Definitely recommend! 🙂

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had a nail appointment for an acrylic fill with Karen and my expectations were pretty high because I have got them done with her before. But today they did not come out like anything I was hoping for. She rushed my sister and I and didnt clean up any of the polish or my cuticles, I was charged $45 for my set. I hate to complain because Karen is a nice lady but I really dont think Ill be booking another appointment with her. She also rushed my sisters nails aswell. WE WILL NOT be returning. My teen daughter got her nails done for prom and was charged $75 (plus tip) for a really bad manicure. She wanted acrylics and the tech insisted on giving her hard gel nails. Not only that but the manicure is sloppy, uneven and her nails are different shapes and sizes. When I called, we were told that they’d redo but she had to see the same person. The owner also mentioned that my daughter should have spoken up and that perhaps we were just trying not to pay for the manicure. We have been patrons of signature nails for years now with hit & miss results. A few months back I was told that I am lazy bc I have dry heals when I rec’d a pedicure. My older daughter already stopped going to Signature when a nail tech near her college couldn’t believe she’d paid to have her nails done so poorly. This is the first time we have made any kind of complaint and were accused of trying to get free nails. They just lost more customers. Horrible customer service.

The boss yelled at her employee in front of us all , it was a little uncomfortable. Then the nails came out worse than I expected. It wasn’t enjoyable or relaxing, just a rushed job of my nails while the nail tech pays more attention to the TV than my nails. Gel manicures
