Friendly and quality! Patient when I was unclear with instructions. Large selection of colors in gel, dip and traditional. Helped with my (I know it’s gross) ingrown nails quickly and accurately. Will be coming back with friends/family!

I really wanted to love this place but my experience was not so great as everyone else. Nail tech decided she would dissect my toenail after I told her only trim A little. after I was visually in pain she still proceeded.. after the side of my toe nail started bleeding she kept digging a sharp thing and penetrated deep in my skin under the side of my nail. It was horrible. my understanding is that she thought I had an ingrown nail. These nail technicians ARE NOT certified to do that . Ingrown nails can become infected if you use instruments that are not sterilized which I doubt she did. You can’t just go cutting in to people’s skin ! She covered the obvious wound she created with some gel stuff that made everything (blood and cut)hard. . I came to get a relaxing pedicure and my toe is now swelling, red, slightly dark blue, and tender to the touch. With all do respect I will not be returning and will now visit a Dr. it’s been a few days now and I’m pretty sure it’s infected.

First time to Ann’s and they were great. I made an appointment the day before and they were accommodating and had exactly what I needed. I appreciated the tub liner as it made me feel more sanitary. They offered water, tea, and more to make me comfortable which was a nice touch. Prices are reasonable and my toes look amazing.

I have been going here for four years. The service is excellent. The women who give the manicures and pedicures are well trained and professional. Everything is sterilized. The range of colors to choose from is excellent. The prices are reasonable, especially for Menlo Park. I have never been disappointed. I have given out several gift cards for Ann’s Nails and everyone else has enjoyed their experience.

Clean and well lit place with soothing music and muted conversations. Tina did a great job with my toenails. All equipment comes in a sterilized packet. Hot stone massage at the end was amazing.
