I use to enjoy going here but on a recent visit, I waited over an hour in a massage chair just to get a pedicure. I was waiting as other people were being serviced when they were sat right after me. Frustrated, I left. It sucks that there are hardly any great places to get my nails done in this area, even for basic nails.

Went in today and was sat with the new guy at chair 5. i asked for dip powder almond shaped nails on the short side and was told oh i can only do it to this length (a little longer than i wanted but i said okay.) Only to be told “no i can’t dip them at this length they’re too short i can only do acrylic so i can have more control” again i said (okay whatever works best). When he tried putting the tips on he said wow they don’t want to stick to your nails! and he had to rip three off and start over (never had any problem at my previous salon). he start putting acrylic on and it’s just oozing off and is very wet and gooey. I ask him if he can stay on the thinner side because i’m used to dip powder and don’t like the chunkiness of acrylic and he said “sure i can make it thin don’t worry but i can only fix your nails and not the pleasantly plumpness of your fingers” and then went on about how pleasantly plump is a nice way of saying fat. word for word. Ok? at that point i just quit making small talk and let him finish. he is not good with the acrylic and it was a mess from him having to start over again and again and again. Also he left my thumbs waaaay longer than the rest of the nails so they look ridiculous when comparing sizes. he asked if i would like gel top coat to cover his mistakes in the end he ended up going over with more acrylic leaving some nails looking good and some looking splotchy. you can see the white from the tips on some and you can definitely see the unevenness from the application. I will not go back. He also mentioned he was fired from vida nails because he bullied the owner? not surprising considering the comments about my hands. i paid my set of nails and even left a tip i regret leaving. oh and i’m not sure if there was some cross contamination but i got nude pink nails and they are 100% glow in the dark.

Absolutely love Nathan at station #4 he does such a great job he’s a little new but you wouldn’t be able to tell unless he tells you absolutely a blast he genuinely takes his time on his work and makes sure it’s worth paying for I’ll wait on him every time 10/10 he also makes great conversation I could not stop laughing

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! The vibe in here is so positive and happy and it doesn’t matter who does my hands or feet I always leave beautiful and completely satisfied! I’ve gotten a pedicure with a girl here before and I loved it but this time some guy did it and It was horrible! As much as I kept correcting him on what he was doing or what I felt was wrong he ignored me. I won’t be coming here for pedicures. On top of that I told him to add acrylic on my toe to match the other and made it square when my other one is rounded.
